Cracked my iphone yesterday. Called asurion, paid the $169 deductible, was told it would arrive Wednesday. Once i got the tracking information, it said request to return to sender. I called Asurion, they said "we believe fraud has been committed, we will not be sending you a new phone or refunding your money" So I said that was fraud in itself. Shipping Schedule.
